An artist who positions and represents himself as a painter. A set-designer and student at the State University of Theatre and Cinema, he is antagonistic to theacademic approach and the educational system as a whole. That’s why even in small works one can notice the tendency to depict monumental figurative forms. One can often see big puppets and various masks on the scenes designed by him; the same thing occurs in his exhibition at AJZ space. The exposition was set like a scene. In addition to graphic works, linocut and mixed techniques, there were also puppets placed in the interior.
